The Director of Marketing leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Truliant’s marketing operations, including brand and advertising, creative development, member communications, graphic design, social media, and internal communications. • Ensures consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels, including print, digital, social media, and in-branch communications. • Partners closely with the Vice President of E-Commerce to support and execute the organization’s digital marketing strategy, including digital advertising, website optimization, and using Salesforce CRM for targeted campaigns and performance tracking. • Must be skilled in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful, cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and brand management, preferably in a highly regulated or member-focused environment.
