Party City is looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Marketing & Advertising to join our team. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about building our brand and connecting with our customers, we want to hear from you.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field• 8+ years of experience in marketing & advertising, preferably in the retail industry• Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Ability to think creatively and innovatively• Strong analytical skills and understanding of data-driven marketing• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite\n\nResponsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to promote Party City's products and services. Develop relationships with industry partners and vendors to maximize reach and effectiveness. Lead and manage a team of marketing and advertising professionals. Develop and execute innovative promotional campaigns to reach target audiences.
