Director, Marketing & Advertising

Party City is looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Marketing & Advertising to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about building our brand and connecting with our customers, we want to hear from you.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field• 8+ years of experience in marketing & advertising, preferably in the retail industry• Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Ability to think creatively and innovatively• Strong analytical skills and understanding of data-driven marketing• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite\n\nResponsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to promote Party City's products and services.
Work with creative teams to produce innovative, impactful campaigns that engage and reach customers.
Utilize data-driven analytics to evaluate marketing performance and make adjustments to optimize results.
Develop relationships with industry partners and vendors to maximize reach and effectiveness.
Lead and manage a team of marketing and advertising professionals.
Oversee budgeting and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
Develop and execute innovative promotional campaigns to reach target audiences.
Create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and website content.
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to increase brand awareness.
