Director Marketing Business Development

Position Summary: Responsible for all activities related to Marketing & Business Development. Works closely with executive staff to create and implement comprehensive policies and programs related to marketing research, business development, strategic planning, brand management, advertising, social media, event management, community relations and hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of the marketing staff for assigned subsidiaries. Assures compliance with all McLaren system-wide marketing standards, guidelines and work processes. Prepares and administers departmental budgets. Meets and consults with system leader to promote standardization across the system.
