Director, Marketing & Communication - Marketing & Communication

The Director is responsible for the vision, execution, and oversight of all internal and external communication and strategies for all work carried out by the Marketing & Communication Department. In collaboration with the leadership team, the Director develops and oversees marketing and business development goals . • Assigns, tracks, and manages communication consultants/specialists and other professionals as needed to support the development and implementation of strategic communications plans, programs, and projects. • Serves as a liaison cross functionally with other team members to ensure consistent application of brand standards, style guides, and other processes and procedures. Marketing And Business Development • Responsible for the marketing and collaborates with community/provider relations team on outreach strategy and business development plan for all key stakeholder and constituent groups, including collaboration with all functional areas within the Company.
