Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the General Manager and other senior leaders to establish and achieve sales objectives • Manage broadcast and digital inventory to maximize revenue potential • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage clients and agencies • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of proven success in media sales, including at least 3 years of management responsibility • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically
