Director of Advertising and Marketing

A well-positioned Wisconsin regional magazine with multi-media marketing opportunities, is seeking a dynamic results driven Director of Advertising and Marketing to work with the Publisher to drive revenue growth, originate and assist in marketing initiatives and contribute as a key member of the senior management team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background (minimum of 3-5 years) preferably in a media or related field, along with demonstrated community commitment and a great attitude! Associate will have a base of customers, which they will be expected to service and grow. • Associate will have an enthusiasm for driving sales and profitability. Skill Requirements • High level of organization with time management skills, deadline orientation • Excellent customer service, networking and community involvement in the Milwaukee area • Website, social media marketing, proposal writing, sales collateral design skills are all a plus!
