Director of Advertising and Promotions - Senior Living (Akron)

Were looking for a Director of Advertising and Promotions to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and occupancy across our senior living community. What Youll Do: • Develop and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns that drive lead generation and move-ins • Manage the creative team • Plan and promote community events, open houses, referral programs, and seasonal promotions • Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms • Lead digital marketing efforts including paid search, social ads, and SEO strategies • Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals • Manage vendors, media partners, and creative agencies • Track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI What Were Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions (senior living or healthcare preferred) • Strong background in digital and traditional media planning • Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships • Excellent communication and project management skills • Passion for creating campaigns that connect with seniors and their families • Proficiency with digital tools
