The Director of Advertising is responsible for managing the processes and maintaining a cohesive and constant image for the company in all advertising, paid media, print production, and signage. Must be able to understand and communicate design vision from inception to execution Manage internal coordination of all marketing deliverables including website assets, social media content creation, print ads, on-property collateral, direct marketing assets, hotel and sales collateral, and radio scripts Oversee all social media calendar planning and content creation team Must be able to manage and review marketing campaign results and understand how to achieve positive results via the media spend and on-site activations. Must display commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an environment where smoking is allowed Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to walk up and down stairs several times a day.
