Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month. You will report to the VP of Revenue and will own the strategy & execution of all B2B marketing operations—from GTM, company messaging, sales enablement, digital advertising, event coordination, and lead generation. Oversee pre- and post-event marketing, follow-up sequences, and manage logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and lead capture • Email Marketing & Marketing Automation: Design and implement email nurturing sequences for lead qualification and conversion; create integrated marketing automation connecting paid ads → email → retargeting workflows; develop email campaigns targeting prospects who engage 3+ times with content • Lead Generation & Digital Advertising: Own and optimize Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns with proven lookalike audiences, scale successful ad campaigns while maintaining conversion quality and cost efficiency, and develop verticalized messaging strategies for different industry segments • Marketing Operations & Analytics: Implement and maintain marketing technology stack (CRM integration, tracking, analytics); create and maintain performance dashboards for lead generation and conversion metrics; track attribution across multiple touchpoints, campaigns, and events • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales team on proposal materials and client-facing presentations; coordinate with external design resources and manage creative asset development; support data analysis for strategic decision-making and campaign optimization What you need: • 8-10+ years of marketing experience across multiple marketing functions, ideally in B2B environments like CMN, RMN, e-commerce, or AdTech • Prior experience building out marketing functions for small or emerging companies with proven success • Hands-on, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, figure stuff out • B2B marketing SME with content development and design coordination experience with sales materials and collateral • Created crisp messaging & narrative that was very effective in market • Experience with event planning with strong execution for B2B events, trade shows, or conferences • Project management experience juggling multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines • Creative and strategic thinking for content development and campaign optimization • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork • Detail-oriented execution with ability to manage complex projects from start to finish • A growth mindset with enthusiasm for testing, learning, and continuous improvement • Comfortable responding to and handling diverse / ever-changing priorities What you get: • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits (401K, Medical/Dental/Vision), and we offer all full-time employees the potential to hold company equity • Flexible remote work • Unlimited Responsible PTO • Great opportunity to join a growing, cash-flow-positive company while having a direct impact on Nift's revenue, growth, scale, and future success
