In this position, you will work directly for the Chief Marketing Officer in managing the firm's external branding initiatives. Lead the development and execution of marketing/business development strategies, plans and projects, including identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and targets, and facilitating cross-selling initiatives. Work closely with the Senior RFP/Matter Manager to establish processes and best practices for collecting and tracking firm experience ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Participate in the formalized business development training for lawyers and practice group leaders. Develop strong working relationships with key principals in the practice areas and the other members of the marketing and business development team. In 2021, the position will be remote and in-office.
