This is a full time, in person position located in Vallejo, CA. Just a mile apart, Heartwood Avenue Healthcare is a 60-bed facility currently with a 4-star facility This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, build high-performing teams, and relationships to optimize marketing and business development initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement overarching business development and marketing strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives. • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships to expand the customer base and diversify revenue streams.
