Join the Bellevue Club and Hotel team. The Bellevue Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Catering to manage all functions of the Catering department. Meets with clients to discuss event plans and how the Bellevue Club can serve them. Assists the Banquet Manager in the supervision, training, and evaluation of Banquet department staff. • Prepares annual budget and business plan for the Catering department and monitors progress throughout the year.
