Director of catering and private events

Piccolo Authentic Italian Restaurant and Caterer is looking to hire a director to manage the catering side of our operation. Responsibilities of the job include: *sales: Book, coordinate and staff pick up and delivery catering Book and schedule food truck rentals Book, coordinate and staff in house parties Book, coordinate and staff full service catering manage and track payments and deposits Continue to build and maintain relationships with various business, organizations and event venues. and Mayfield Village *Marketing and advertising: Contribute to growing the business through social media, print advertising and press releases. Oversee printing for all catering marketing materials, i.e. menus, website, Facebook, Instagram, fliers, pamphlets, etc.. *Previous catering or restaurant experience
