Director of Client Delivery - Growth & Marketing Practice (External Client-Facing)

Demonstrated success managing complex website builds alongside integrated marketing, branding, and digital marketing engagements.Experience leading project managers and coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced client services environment.Strong operational mindset with experience designing scalable delivery processes and improving organizational efficiency.Ability to influence and collaborate across departments without relying solely on direct reporting relationships.Proven ability to balance client satisfaction, quality, profitability, resource planning, and execution across multiple concurrent engagements.Passion for technology, AI, and operational innovation, with a curiosity to continuously improve how work gets done.Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Copilot Enterprise, ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI/automation tools.PMP certification or formal project management training is a strong plus but not required.Scrum Master, Agile, or related certification is a plus.Experience working in a professional services or agency environment.Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
