Director of Client Development (Marketing Agency)

We’re seeking a Director of Client Development with proven experience driving new business inside a full-service marketing or advertising agency to add to our sales and team. Note: Due to the highly collaborative nature of our work, this role is on-site in our Gilbert office and is not a remote position Follow up on a consistent flow of inbound leads generated through Elevation’s organic and paid marketing efforts, we practice what we preach.Proactively develop pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.Build and nurture relationships through phone, email, in-person meetings, and industry events.Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and marketing gaps.Shape programs and solutions in collaboration with strategy, creative, digital, PR, and account teams.Present Elevation’s capabilities and point of view with confidence and credibility.Lead or support discovery calls, RFP responses, proposals, and pitch presentations.Close new business and transition signed clients smoothly to the account services team.Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and relationship tracking in the CRM.
