Yuit Communications is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Client Services to lead and strengthen the agency’s client relationships, account management function, and service delivery model. In addition to managing client relationships, the Director of Client Services will work closely with agency leadership on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and future growth opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field • 6+ years of experience in account management, client services, or agency leadership • Prior experience managing client-facing teams within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency preferred • Strong leadership and team development skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities within client accounts • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience working across creative, digital, advertising, and production teams • Ability to navigate complex client relationships with professionalism and confidence Compensation & Benefits
