Candidate must have the ability to effectively manage/oversee the leasing team, work directly and in partnership with the Marketing team, and should be an enthusiastic self-starter, highly organized and possess excellent communication skills along with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Stay knowledgeable of the commercial property market status by having an understanding of the local markets of our properties, inclusive of tenants-in- market, pricing, and nearby competitors • Monitoring status of all properties currently leasing up and providing updates to Management on a bi- weekly basis and as otherwise requested. • Ensuring occupancy levels of all properties are meeting budget objectives and occupancy rates and working with tenants and management to determine needs if occupancy falls below the target level. Job Requirements: • Must have a valid Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker License. • Local broker relationships strongly preferred.
