Partner with CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with the Association’s strategic plan.Develop and maintain consistent messaging aligned with the Association’s mission and brand.Support development of short- and long-term marketing initiatives.Provide reporting and insights to inform strategy and improve results.Lead brand and product marketing efforts to strengthen organizational visibility and positioning.Oversee media and public information programs to ensure consistent, accurate messaging.Produce and update marketing materials, including digital and website content.Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.Maintain website content in coordination with developers.Manage social media strategy, including:Monthly content calendar developmentHigh-frequency posting (daily across all platforms)Real-time monitoring and audience engagementEscalation and response to sensitive or inappropriate contentContent curation and amplification from industry sourcesTrack and analyze marketing, media, and social performance metrics.Support real-time response during high-visibility situations.Participate in meetings, cross-functional initiatives, and professional development.Participate in staff meetings, development opportunities, and perform other duties as assigned by senior staff. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software and membership database systems.Strong general computer skills, including data entry and database management.Ability to engage and relate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities.Multimedia background essential including videography and editing
