Director of Consumer Sales & Marketing

The Director of Consumer Sales and Marketing position is a key member of the leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead all direct to consumer staff including tasting room, wine club, web- site, culinary and events including planning, recruiting, training, goal setting and performance management. • Create and implement CRM strategies and programs to increase customer loyalty and sales. • 15 years’ experience in marketing including direct to consumer, with 7 in the wine business • 15 years’ experience managing cross functional projects as well as winery (or other luxury product) management experience working with multi-channel direct sales programs including wine club, e-commerce and retail store. • Proven sales and leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
