The RoleThe Director of Demand Gen & Growth Marketing at True North will serve as a strategic marketing leader, responsible for defining and guiding the company's comprehensive marketing strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy: Define, own, and continually refine the company's long-term marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with C-suite business objectives and sales targets.Brand & Strategic Alignment: Work collaboratively with the CEO to continually shape True North brand, supporting the setting of strategic direction for consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms and client touchpoints.Digital Strategy Oversight & Execution: Provide oversight and strategic direction for all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content strategy to maximize brand visibility and lead generation architecture.
