Director of Demand Generation

Working directly with our Head of Sales and Head of Marketing, you’ll craft and execute personalized campaigns, full-funnel strategies, and ABM programs that showcase how FERMÀT transforms the e-commerce experience. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll also define the metrics that matter—ensuring everything we do is measurable, repeatable, and tied to revenue. This role has a clear path to Head of Growth as our business continues to scale. • Performance Reporting: Define key metrics for pipeline growth, conversion rates, and velocity; report on outcomes regularly and refine efforts based on insights. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2–3+ years focused on account-based marketing and full-funnel demand generation • Proven experience building and scaling demand generation strategies for SaaS, e-commerce, or agency-led GTM models • Proficient in ABM platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Unity, Notion) • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute high-impact campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue growth • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and how to align marketing strategy with sales goals • Strong analytical and reporting skills; data-driven decision-maker who thrives on measurable outcomes • Excellent communication and project management abilities; capable of managing multiple initiatives across stakeholders and timelines • A strategic thinker who can also operate tactically to get things done in a fast-paced environment
