Director of Demand Generation Marketing

You'll turn traffic into qualified leads, tours, applications, and signed leases, and you'll be the person accountable for making sure marketing delivers real, revenue-impacting pipeline, not just clicks. Our client is a high-growth, institutionally backed real estate platform operating a large, multi-market portfolio of single-family communities. You own the full funnel end-to-end, from first touch through signed lease, with real authority to drive it.You'll leverage your performance marketing expertise in ways that directly move occupancy and revenue.You'll make fast, high-confidence calls with real data and a data science team behind you.You'll build and lead a marketing team in a culture of speed, experimentation, and continuous optimization. 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with a strong focus on demand generation or growth.Proven ownership of pipeline and revenue, with demonstrated success in Multifamily, Single-Family Rentals (SFR), or Build-to-Rent (BTR) marketing, or an adjacent consumer real estate vertical.Deep expertise in performance marketing: paid media, ILS optimization, SEO/SEM, email, and digital channels.Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using CRM and reporting platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, or similar).Proven ability to manage marketing strategy across a large, multi-market portfolio and to set and manage budgets with accountability to ROI.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Excellent communication skills, comfortable in both executive-level and community-level conversations. Experience with BTR or multifamily lease-up communities from pre-leasing through stabilization.Familiarity with property management and marketing tech stacks common in SFR/MF (Entrata, RealPage, Yardi, Rently, Engrain, MRI, Tour24, or similar).Experience operating inside a high-growth, PE- or institutional-backed real estate platform.MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
