Director, Public Relations & Advertising Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Description Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Four Hands is the leading global designer and wholesaler of lifestyle home furnishings. We provide an elevated feel to the distinct pieces we design by blending styles, materials, and textures from all around the world. Our Marketing team is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to drive growth of our brand through our paid and earned channels. This role will oversee public relations, advertising and social media efforts that amplify the Four Hands brand through reputable, brand-aligned voices. In This Role Develop strategic brand awareness initiatives within public relations, social media, and advertising channels by partnering with Vice President of Marketing and other key stakeholders Work closely with external PR and media agencies to facilitate business goals and objectives; optimizing, pivoting, and providing guidance on marketing initiatives and brand messaging when necessary Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, design influencers, media professionals, and other industry influences to enhance brand presence and elevate overall engagement Create and implement demand-driving strategies to accelerate growth in customer applications and revenue across all customer segments Partner interdepartmentally with Customer Experience team to develop integrated marketing plans and go-to-market strategies that deliver on business goals and KPIs Collaborate cross departmentally with Sales, Product Development, Creative Services, Merchandising, Art Studio, Operations and People and Culture to identify and drive growth opportunities that achieve business goals Work closely with external PR and media agencies to facilitate business goals and objectives; optimizing, pivoting, and providing guidance on marketing initiatives and brand messaging when necessary Maintain program dashboards by closely monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs; Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, design influencers, media professionals, and other industry influences to enhance brand presence and elevate overall engagement Manage and mentor a high-performing team; overseeing projects, programs and channels to ensure overall alignment with company goals and expectations Own and manage P&L and budget allocations to ensure financial accountability and strategic investments Perform other duties as assigned by management
