The function is expected to evolve and expand over time in response to institutional needs and priorities. The Director will be responsible for establishing an internal Center of Excellence (COE) that partners with BU's schools and colleges to improve and maximize the university's return on investment in the digital marketing space. The COE will be responsible for strategic planning as well as driving real-time and local decision making to optimize school/college advertising efforts. This position will also play a key role in the implementation and leveraging of Slate CRM to enhance university-wide visibility into the ROI of advertising on enrollment efforts. As a key leader in the central Graduate Enrollment unit, the Director will provide strategic guidance and influence to ensure that all digital initiatives enhance the brand, drive engagement, and achieve measurable results to increase enrollment in BU's master's programs.
