The company has been named one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For".Role SummaryThe Director of Digital Marketing will build and scale the company’s digital growth engine. You will own the end‑to‑end digital ecosystem: brand storytelling, content and creative strategy, paid media, lifecycle and retention, analytics, and a high‑performing affiliate/creator community that expands reach and drives revenue.You will act as both strategist and operator, translating vision into execution, partnering closely with the executive team, and managing internal and external teams to deliver measurable, compounding growth.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn the full‑funnel digital strategy including content, creative, performance marketing, and lifecycle.Set channel‑specific KPIs and drive accountability around:DTC revenue growth with improving contribution marginCAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period efficiencyCreator/affiliate revenue contribution and retentionCreative performance velocity and testing disciplineRetention, repeat purchase rate, and lifecycle revenue growthOversee strategy and create KPIs for the Amazon agency to achieve.Lead and manage agencies and/or a Marketing Associate across Tik Tok, Meta, Google, Amazon, and retail media networks.Content, Creative & CommunityDevelop a cohesive content and creative strategy that amplifies brand voice, product education, and cultural relevance.Build a scalable creator and affiliate program that consistently drives attributable revenue.Generate innovative ideas to drive brand awareness, cultural buzz, and product‑led storytelling.Growth Marketing & Performance MediaOwn paid media planning, spend allocation, creative testing, and optimization.Lead experimentation frameworks, landing‑page testing, and performance reporting.Oversee marketing P&L and budget, ensuring efficient growth and clear financial visibility.Lifecycle & RetentionOwn email/SMS strategy, segmentation, automations, and CRM‑driven customer journeys.Improve retention, repeat purchase rate, and LTV through data‑backed lifecycle programs.Cross‑Functional PartnershipCollaborate with Operations to align on inventory, forecasting, and launch calendars.Partner with Sales to integrate retail marketing tactics and omnichannel storytelling.Success in 90 DaysAudit existing digital channels and present a 90‑day roadmap.Launch the first wave of creator/affiliate testing.Establish a KPI dashboard or scorecard and weekly reporting cadence.Qualifications6–10+ years in DTC digital marketing with direct ownership of revenue‑driving channels.Demonstrated success launching and scaling creator/affiliate programs.Startup or high‑growth brand experience strongly preferred.Expertise with Meta, Google, Tik Tok ads, Amazon Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, and analytics/reporting tools.Equal parts analytical and creative; strong strategic judgment paired with hands‑on execution.Excellent communicator, highly organized, proactive, and solutions oriented.Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end.Compensation & BenefitsBonus: 10% based on KPIs.Leadership development, executive coaching, and networking events.401(k) retirement and savings plan.Paid holidays, unlimited vacation, and sick leave.Health and vision insurance.Resume SubmissionAll candidates with relevant experience please submit resume to Equal Opportunity EmployerBerri Pro, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
