Position Summary The Director of Digital Marketing, Recruitment & AI Strategy will oversee all digital advertising, social media, content creation, employee recruitment marketing, lead generation, brand management, and AI implementation efforts for: Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, content creation, lead generation, and recruiting outcomes. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and social media management. Experience generating customer leads and employee applicants through digital marketing.
