The Director of Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness will oversee all digital marketing initiatives to drive new patient acquisition and brand awareness. You’ll work closely with leadership to align marketing strategy with business goals and ensure measurable results. • Oversee multi-platform campaigns (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, online advertising) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. • Oversee website performance, working with developers to improve SEO • Schedule and publish social media content in line with brand guidelines. MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and PPC, with at least 2 years in a leadership role is required • Demonstrated strong expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads required • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing, and web analytics required • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media management tools).
