Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of all digital marketing efforts across paid media, SEO, email, social, content, and web • Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient ROI across all campaigns • Oversee website performance, user experience, conversion rate optimization, and analytics • Build and manage a high-performing digital marketing team; provide clear goals, mentorship, and performance feedback • Analyze and report on key metrics to stakeholders; use insights to refine campaigns and strategy • Partner with creative and operations teams to align messaging and drive integrated marketing efforts • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure deliverables are quality assured, cost-effective, on budget and consistent with brand standards • Identify emerging trends and technologies to keep the brand on the cutting edge of digital marketing innovation • Own marketing automation and customer journey mapping to improve engagement and retention • Determined commitment and sense of urgency to follow-up, follow-through, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
