Director of Digital Marketing

This is an exciting, growth role as a Director of Digital Marketing with our local client in Lancaster. This key position will involve working closely with the marketing team, leadership team, and clients to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic and technical skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A local presence is preferred, but remote work arrangements can be considered for the right fit. Requirements: • Strong knowledge and experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and analytics • Experience with inbound marketing, email marketing automation campaigns, and CRM's • Degree in marketing or a related field preferred • Passion for marketing, analytics, and improving client results • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills
