Overview Director of Digital Marketing The Director is a strategic leader overseeing all digital marketing initiatives, focusing on performance-driven campaigns, optimizing digital media channels, and driving measurable business growth. Accountabilities: • Serves as digital thought leader; defines and executes Digital Marketing Strategy programs as the “trusted advisor” on omnichannel marketing strategy related topics • Provides tailored advice and best practices to help customers and vendors implement digital marketing • programs encompassing eCommerce, digital advertising, brand loyalty, promotions, social media, and email/SMS communications • Overseeing the execution of campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising • Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize marketing ROI • Evaluate the effectiveness of all digital marketing channels and create a strategic measurement framework that supports both operational and long-term decisions. Desirable Qualifications: • B.A in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred • 10+ years leading digital marketing channels • Proven results with planning, execution and optimization of SEO, social and digital marketing programs, and initiatives • Deep knowledge of digital marketing practices, with proven experience leading digital transformation for retail brands • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, and awareness of evolving trends • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to lead groups and be decisive
