The Director of Digital Marketing leads the development, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns that support client and agency objectives. This role owns the strategic planning, implementation, and measurement of digital touchpoints across email, web, paid media, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and marketing automation. ● Partner with leadership to pilot new MarTech and AI tools for internal workflow automation and campaign enhancement ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content strategy. ● Expertise in paid media strategy, performance tracking, and audience analytics.
