At Pathfinders, we don’t just deliver digital work; we help clients lead with it. • Monitor/interpret digital analytics, as well as participate in and ensure quality control of all team outputs. required • 10+ years of related industry experience (creative agency, digital marketing or consulting) • 3+ years of management experience • Proven development, digital experience • Expert understanding of the advertising industry as it relates to digital executions, including but not limited to responsive web design, APIs, database structure, lead nurturing, email, landing pages, user experience, content, SEO, etc. • Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo • Proven experience using data and performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Expert knowledge of digital related technologies and trends • Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies • Ability to work in cross-functional teams in high pressure situations, with willingness to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges What's in it for you?
