Director of Digital Marketing

The Tyndale Company – a 9x Top Workplace in PA and 4x in TX and a national leader in innovative arc‑rated flame‑resistant clothing – is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing and Advertising. You will lead omnichannel lead generation, campaign optimization, and analytics reporting while working in a hybrid/remote environment (minimum onsite 2 days/week) from or near Pipersville, PA. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute aggressive omnichannel lead generation strategies across all B-to-B segments to drive customer acquisition and market expansion. • Own and execute the digital advertising roadmap across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, geotargeting campaigns, and Performance Max initiatives. • Collaborate with internal design, content, and Salesforce teams to optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, conversion paths, and end‑to‑end lead management processes.
