The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a profound understanding of digital advertising ecosystems to lead the delivery of cutting-edge advertising solutions, including standard and native ads, and the construction of intuitive merchant tools such as campaign management, reporting, and catalog management systems. • Engineering Collaboration: Strategize with other engineering teams to influence deal discovery and balance merchant value with shopper satisfaction. • Extensive expertise in developing advertiser-facing applications and services, including experience with advertising technologies, ad formats (standard and native ads), and tools for campaign management, reporting, and analytics.
