Director of Enterprise Onboarding

Collaborate with Sales and Business Development leadership to support partner growth, engagement, and retention strategies.Gather and analyze partner feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Provide actionable insights and feedback to the Product team to enhance software functionality, usability, and overall partner experience.Champion a customer-centric approach to onboarding and partner success across the organization.Focus on Key Performance Indicators to track success, such as partner adoption and software utilization 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Demonstrated success managing enterprise customer onboarding programs, implementations, or strategic partner enablement initiatives.Experience working with complex enterprise customers, including executive stakeholders and cross-functional decision-makers.Proven track record of developing scalable onboarding processes, frameworks, and operational best practices.Ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple departments and levels of the organization.Experience leading organizational change, managing competing priorities, and driving process improvements.Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and ecosystems, including but not limited to The Trade Desk, Google, and Meta.Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders.Strong consultative, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage escalations and navigate complex business challenges.Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
