The Opportunity

We are looking for a visionary Director of Growth & Marketing to own our entire marketing function. You won’t just be executing tasks; you will be building the roadmap, driving patient acquisition, and evolving the RAE brand. If you are an entrepreneurial leader who balances creative direction with hard data, we want you at the helm of our next growth phase.

What You’ll Own

Strategic & Brand Leadership: Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget. Protect and elevate RAE’s premium brand positioning across every customer touchpoint.Digital & Performance Marketing: Drive ROI across SEO, Google Ads, Meta advertising, email/SMS campaigns, and website optimization.Patient Growth & Community: Design programs to boost new patient acquisition, retention, membership growth, and referral generation. Lead practice events, launch campaigns, and community partnerships.Content & Social Media: Provide creative direction for our social media, video, photography, and educational content.Team & Data Leadership: Build, coach, and lead the marketing department. Manage outside agencies and create clear dashboards tracking lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days: You will assess our current operations, identify quick wins, build a 12-month roadmap, and implement systems that allow our marketing to scale.Year One: You will have built a high-functioning marketing engine that operates independently and delivers measurable, data-backed growth.

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced Leader: 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 3+ years leading high-performing teams and managing vendors/agencies.Data-Driven Strategist: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, build dashboards, and confidently make evidence-based decisions.Action-Oriented: You take ownership, build scalable processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can build something from the ground up.Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
