Who We Are We are looking for a visionary Director of Growth & Marketing to own our entire marketing function. If you are an entrepreneurial leader who balances creative direction with hard data, we want you at the helm of our next growth phase. First 90 Days: You will assess our current operations, identify quick wins, build a 12-month roadmap, and implement systems that allow our marketing to scale.Year One: You will have built a high-functioning marketing engine that operates independently and delivers measurable, data-backed growth. Experienced Leader: 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 3+ years leading high-performing teams and managing vendors/agencies.Data-Driven Strategist: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, build dashboards, and confidently make evidence-based decisions.Action-Oriented: You take ownership, build scalable processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can build something from the ground up.Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
