The Opportunity We’re seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead Town Square Health’s marketing strategy across patient acquisition, brand awareness, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in digital marketing, performance media, and growth experimentation—preferably in a value-based care or senior-focused healthcare environment. • Build multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, search, direct mail, and community channels) that optimize conversion from awareness through enrollment. • Partner with leadership to forecast, measure, and optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion funnel performance.
