Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand management, and communications for all divisions under Inch & Co. This includes real estate, construction, landscaping, development, property management, holdings, and the golf course. The Director will be responsible for aligning marketing initiatives with company goals, building a consistent brand identity across multiple industries, and driving growth through innovative campaigns, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships. Strategy & Leadership • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports growth and visibility across all company divisions. • Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, public relations, community engagement, and media relations.
