The successful candidate will have at least 5 years work experience, preferably with a background in Real Estate, Marketing, Digital Media, or related disciplines. Other requirements and job description is as follows: College Degree is a preferred but not required Job location is in Marlton, NJ and the successful candidate will be expected to work from the Marlton, NJ office with occasional visits to Center City, Philadelphia Daily tasks will include: property marketing flyers, advertisements, digital media placements, real estate signage, maintaining company website, business cards and other design work in support of brokerage operations.
