Director of Marketing

David Mason + Associates is looking for a Director of Marketing to join and lead our Marketing team! This role will direct and manage DMA’s marketing strategy and operations across the company. This position drives brand positioning, market visibility, and revenue enablement through integrated marketing programs; leads and assists in the preparation of proposals and presentations; manages marketing databases and assets; and elevates the firm’s presence across target markets and client segments. Our Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, has 8–12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with 3–5+ years in a leadership role within AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction). • Provide leadership with proactive, actionable insights that support business development, forecasting, and service line strategy.
