How you will help us Succeed together: Strong understanding of the contact center AND B2B professional service industry 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role In-depth understanding of HubSpot OR Salesforce Knowledge of how to build, maintain, and execute outbound marketing campaigns Experience using WordPress to create and maintain websites and blogs Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Deep understanding of ROI, cost structures, and performance metrics relevant to business development
