The Director of Marketing will build and run the company’s marketing operating system — CRM architecture, lifecycle design, creative direction, lead discovery and nurturing, segmentation, attribution, campaign execution, and reporting — across all business units. Key Responsibilities: • Own Dynamics CRM: lifecycle, segmentation, scoring, automation. Required Experience: • 5–8+ yrs Marketing Ops/Growth; 3+ yrs hands-on Dynamics CRM. • Multi-site/brand experience; strong analytics; Power BI.
