Director of Marketing

Great opportunity to join the leadership team of a professional services company in the area. The Director of Marketing will lead all areas of marketing and business development at strategic and tactical levels.

Responsibilities include:
• Lead companywide marketing and business development strategy, aligning brand, digital, and growth initiatives with overall revenue and organizational goals.
• Manages a marketing team, budget, and external vendors while supporting client development, proposals, and strategic planning across service lines.
• Oversee brand management, digital marketing, content, PR, and events to enhance visibility, strengthen market positioning, and drive lead generation.
• Builds and maintains partnerships with community and professional organizations to reinforce brand reputation and expand regional presence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Minimum 6-8 years of marketing experience with at least 2-3 years of management experience from professional services or related industry
• Demonstrated experience across all core marketing functions, including brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, and business development
• Excellent writing and communication skills
