The Director of Marketing will lead all areas of marketing and business development at strategic and tactical levels. Responsibilities include: • Lead companywide marketing and business development strategy, aligning brand, digital, and growth initiatives with overall revenue and organizational goals. • Manages a marketing team, budget, and external vendors while supporting client development, proposals, and strategic planning across service lines. • Oversee brand management, digital marketing, content, PR, and events to enhance visibility, strengthen market positioning, and drive lead generation. • Builds and maintains partnerships with community and professional organizations to reinforce brand reputation and expand regional presence.
