Join Our Team. American Rooter & Drain is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our brand and demand generation efforts. You'll manage top-tier marketing vendors, in-house social media team, and play a critical role in converting leads through close collaboration with our Customer Service and Sales teams. )Plan, direct, and monitor multi-platform campaigns to maximize lead generation and ROICoordinate editing and production with external media professionalsPartner with CSR and Sales Managers to train staff on customer communication and lead closing strategiesAnalyze marketing data and team performance to refine campaigns and messagingOversee and manage internal marketing team directions and workflow: serve as backup for design and social media managementManage the marketing budget and provide weekly reporting to leadership What We're Looking For:
