American Rooter & Drain is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our brand and demand generation efforts. You'll manage top-tier marketing vendors, in-house social media team, and play a critical role in converting leads through close collaboration with our Customer Service and Sales teams.
If you're a pro at coordinating PPC campaigns, optimizing lead funnels, and creating compelling content, this is your stage to shine.
What You'll Do
Oversee and manage relationships with digital vendors (Google PPC, Bing Ads, social media agencies, etc.)Plan, direct, and monitor multi-platform campaigns to maximize lead generation and ROICoordinate editing and production with external media professionalsPartner with CSR and Sales Managers to train staff on customer communication and lead closing strategiesAnalyze marketing data and team performance to refine campaigns and messagingOversee and manage internal marketing team directions and workflow: serve as backup for design and social media managementManage the marketing budget and provide weekly reporting to leadership
What We're Looking For:
3+ years in a marketing management role, preferably with vendor oversightHands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business, Bing)Strong visual content skills - you know how to shoot (and frame!) video/photo contentConfident in coaching frontline staff on customer service and sales best practicesHighly organized, proactive, and analyticalStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to implement AI initiatives while maintaining our authentic brand voice, local roots, and human connection
Bonus If You Have:
Google Ads or Meta certificationsExperience with CRM and campaign tracking toolsPrevious work in home services or trades-based businessesAI platforms and integration methods
