We are seeking a visionary, hands-on Director of Marketing to lead and evolve our marketing function into a strategic driver of growth. Partnering closely with the executive leadership team (ELT) as well as other business development, operations, and corporate services leaders, the Director of Marketing will bring a strong branding mindset, digital and social media expertise, and a passion for innovation, including leveraging AI and emerging technologies to modernize marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Team Development • Serve as a visionary leader for the Marketing function, establishing a clear strategy aligned with firmwide growth goals • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Identify emerging markets, client segments, and industry trends to drive growth and expansion • Build strong, service-oriented relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team, Market Leaders, and operational teams, positioning marketing as a trusted partner and resource Brand, Digital & Market Presence • Lead the evolution of the firm’s brand positioning and messaging across all markets • Oversee digital strategy, including website, content, and social media, to enhance visibility, engagement, and brand positioning • Support thought leadership, conferences, and external engagement to elevate brand presence and reach new markets • Enhance the client experience and journey through strong marketing support and tools This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds—collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week.
