Summary The Director of Marketing oversees the marketing efforts for Akron Children's including brand, advertising, creative services to drive patient volume, enhance brand reputation and support business growth. Leads the development of MarCom plans to meet organizational objectives and priorities. Partners with the sr. director of integrated marketing and communications and the director of digital marketing to ensure cross-team collaboration, optimized performance and quality outcomes. Must possess technical knowledge and experience in emerging digital technologies for advertising and marketing. Years of relevant experience: Minimum 5 years of advertising and marketing and/or creative experience required.
