Director of Marketing

Director Of Marketing Advocates for Trans Equality (A4TE) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing communications, brand management, and creative strategy. As a member of the Management Team, the Director of Marketing is responsible for increasing awareness of A4TE's mission, programs, and its brand to drive awareness of and support for trans, gender non-conforming, and non-binary people. Develop event marketing strategies, including messaging, design, and digital promotion across social media and email channels. Serve as a member of Advocates for Trans Equality's Leadership Team, providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and management to the organization, and support strategic planning and budgeting. Preferred Qualifications And Skills Organizational Experience: Direct experience in social justice, organizing, and/or movement building organizations.
