Director of Marketing

Director of Marketing The successful candidate will have at least 5 years work experience, preferably with a background in Real Estate, Marketing, Digital Media, or related disciplines. Other requirements and job description is as follows: • College Degree is a preferred but not required • Job location is in Marlton, NJ and the successful candidate will be expected to work from the Marlton, NJ office with occasional visits to Center City, Philadelphia. • Event graphics work including advertisements, program books, banners, digital media placements and related items. • Knowledge of Buildout, Costar, Loopnet, CREXi, ReThink and other CRE related software systems will be a big plus. • Knowledge of InDesign and graphic design software mandatory.
