Director of Marketing

Successful Law Firm seeking a Marketing Manager to assist in the development and implementation of the firm’s overall marketing/business development strategy, including day-to-day coordination and execution of the firm’s marketing and communications efforts including: Develop and manage social media content for all social media platforms, create social media advertising campaigns and develop and maintain a social media calendar Coordinate and update content on the firm’s website Update and maintain attorney biographies Work with digital marketing agency to ensure strong website SEO and effective execution of PPC campaigns; Report on performance Provide event support for firm-hosted and other events including creating electronic and print invitations, building and managing invitation lists, preparing name tags, and other event logistics as needed Manage the firm’s profiles in online directories and referral sites. Skills Digital marketing experience, including experience with social media campaigns, SEO and PPC advertising Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure Ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Tech saavy and advanced proficiency of MS Office applications required Experience with WordPress, Canva, HubSpot and FileVine a plus Qualifications Concentration in marketing, business, and/or communications strongly preferred Candidate must possess and demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with attorneys, staff and third parties and remain flexible with regard to deadline changes due to the dynamics of litigation.
