Director of Marketing

Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Direct and manage all elements of the Patriot Place marketing department to include the development and implementation of branding and related marketing strategies for the entire property with defined objectives across different channels and segments to reach target audience, and the goal of driving awareness, increasing traffic and revenue for the site. • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants with a focus on strategic initiatives and in-store/restaurant events. • Optimize utilization of current advertising mediums as well as identify new and creative media that can be utilized in the execution of the marketing strategy. Skills And Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing • 8-10 years of retail development marketing experience with 2-3 years of senior level management experience • Strong management skills with the ability to delegate and manage the execution of assignments • Demonstrated ability to manage and perform multiple tasks within a fast-paced business office or agency environment • Understanding of key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasting, competitor analysis, campaign results and industry trends that translate into actionable insights for marketing team and senior leadership • Experience developing and executing promotional plans for clients that result in increased exposure and/or awareness • Demonstrated agency skills that will enable our organization to secure discounted media rates when negotiating advertising buys • Deep understanding of all social media best practices and track record of executing successful social media campaigns • Ability to build effective inter-organizational working relationships • Must have ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends • Prior experience in the retail or entertainment industry is preferred • Must have attention to detail and focused concentration • Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently • Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow • Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
